One to One Pilates
LC PhysiotheraPilates can provide 1:1 private Pilates sessions and these can be undertaken in your own home. All equipment will be provided, and Laura (or one of the team) can design an individualised exercise program for you to work on longer term as well. 1:1 sessions may be more appropriate if you feel that you would benefit from a more tailored and individualised program, with more guidance from an instructor. They may also be useful if you struggle on and off the floor, where exercises can be taught on a surface you can get on and off more easily, or indeed if our class times don’t fit with your schedule. Please note this service is subject to availability. We do offer a range of morning and evening Pilates exercise classes in Aberdeen and the surrounding area – why not have a look at our timetable and find a class that suits you?
Why choose a one to one local Pilates class?
A one to one Pilates class can offer various benefits including:
- Your instructor can address specific requirements
- They can also tailor an exercise plan for you
