Pilates Class Information

Each Pilates class will have a maximum of 14 participants and will be taught by a physiotherapist and APPI trained Pilates matwork instructor. Individual correction and advice will be provided throughout the class by our Pilates instructor. Blocks are 6 weeks long at a cost of £60 as of  January 2022.  Where blocks are of shorter or longer duration pricing will be adjusted accordingly. Please ensure you have read our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation policies detailed below before booking.

Do I need to bring any of my own equipment?

Post COVID 19, all equipment will require to be provided by yourself. We may use small equipment such as resistance bands and spiky massage balls/ova balls in classes. You will be sent an email with links to small equipment should you wish to purchase it.

Each class will contain a full warm up and cool down/relaxation section.

What kind of exercises can I expect to do at a Pilates class?

Exercises will range from those designed to flatten and firm up the tummy, improve posture and balance, as well as those to tone the bottom and upper arm areas.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. The class can be performed either barefoot or with your socks on.

You may want to bring a towel and some water.

Bring a small towel with you in case you require any extra head/neck support.

Hydration is important, so please ensure you drink plenty of water before, during and after class. You can bring your own water with you.
