Due to the ongoing COVID 19 situation, all face to face classes/private sessions are unable to run.  We are however, offering 3 live classes a week at the following times:

Monday 6-7pm (Laura)

Tuesday 6-7pm (Laura)

Friday 10-11am (Ashley)

You will need to download the Zoom app to access the classes on a tablet/computer/smartphone device.

The classes are priced at £30 for a 6 week block. The next 6 week block will start on 27th July 2020. You can book your space on these from Monday 29th June.  Please ensure you adjust the calendar to 27/7/20 to view availability.

If the above times do not suit, we also record Mon and Tues classes each week onto Vimeo, where you can purchase them for £5 each.
