Meet Siobhan

Hi I’m Siobhan. I graduated in 2014 from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen as a Chartered Physiotherapist and currently specialise in neurological rehabilitation within NHS Grampian.

I first started Pilates as a client myself, after suffering back pain in my teen years and really felt the benefits. So when I graduated I was really interested in doing the courses and keen to teach and help pass on the benefits to others.

I completed all 3 APPI matwork courses between 2015-2017 and have been teaching for 5 years now.

I really enjoy teaching classes and seeing clients progressing throughout the blocks. I also use Pilates a lot in my full time job as I know how important it is to maintain core strength and good posture.

Siobhan teaches our Tuesday 5.45pm class at Ruthrieston Community Centre, and this class is suitable for beginner up to intermediate levels. Siobhan has completed specialist training in ante and post natal, meaning she is also able to teach you in her classes if you are pregnant or have recently given birth.
