Meet Ashley

Hi, I’m Ashley. I completed my APPI Matwork training in May 2017, and have been teaching Pilates since summer 2017. I work as a Private Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist Monday-Friday, and also part time with a Highland League football team. I use Pilates every day in my practice, and feel that it is beneficial for everyone of all ages and fitness levels.  Even the boys at football are getting a benefit from it!

From a personal point of view, Pilates has helped my overall body posture and strength, not only while teaching but it has also transferred into my gym training.  I can lift heavier with better control which is great!

I am looking forward to taking on some new classes with a different challenge.

Ashley teaches the Friday 9am, 10am and 11.30am classes in Ellon, all of which are suitable for beginners to intermediate levels.
