Meet Leah

I completed my APPI Matwork Training in 2019/2020 and have been using Pilates in my everyday practice as well as teaching Pilates classes since September 2019. I am a Chartered HCPC registered physiotherapist working for NHS Grampian as a rotational band 6. I have a particular interest in Pilates and have been a participant in classes prior to starting my teaching. I enjoy the benefits that Pilates has helped me with such as improving my overall posture, injury prevention and increasing my overall strength.

I will be teaching a Tuesday night 5.45-6.45pm beginners/intermediate class and 6.45-7.45pm intermediate/advanced class at Ruthrieston Community Centre.

I look forward to start working for LCPhysiotherapilates and meeting all of you in my classes!
