Meet Hannah

As the newest member of the LC Physiotherapilates team, I am looking forward to developing and teaching my own classes. I have attended LC Physiotherapilates classes for many years and feel confident in saying the benefits of expertly delivered pilates classes for both the body and mind should be experienced by everyone!

I graduated from the Robert Gordon University in 2013 as a chartered physiotherapist and now specialise as an acute physiotherapist within Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

Between 2015 and 2017 I completed the APPI Matwork level one, two and three courses and although I am new to teaching pilates privately I have utilised my pilates skills within my NHS practice as a physiotherapist.

Hannah will be teaching our Monday 7.30-8.30pm beginners class at Ruthrieston Community Centre, and the Thursday 7.30-8.30pm class at Mastrick Parish Church, suitable for beginners/intermediate level clients.
