Our Pilates exercise classes are based in Aberdeen and the surrounding area. Our small group Pilates sessions can cater up to 4 clients and can be undertaken in your own home.

Small group Pilates sessions can be of benefit to various clients – you may feel that you require a more tailored program, or more personal instruction.

Why choose a small group Pilates class?

A small group Pilates class will ensure that you are provided with additional guidance. This is a great way to build your confidence and guarantee good technique. If you practice Pilates regularly, you may find that a few small group Pilates classes will allow you to master some of the more challenging exercises and help you to progress that little bit quicker. Practice makes perfect Pilates.
