Cancellation Policy

LC PhysiotheraPilates holds a strict cancellation policy.

We cannot offer refunds for a block once that block has commenced.

How many days cancellation notice do you require before the Pilates class?

Cancellation with less than 14 days notice prior to the start date of the block cannot be refunded, unless the space can be filled with another client. If said space can be filled an administration fee of 25% will be deducted from the refund given.

Cancellation with more than 14 days notice prior to the start date of the block can be refunded, less a 25% administration fee.

If you cannot attend a class please log this on the booking system and inform your class instructor so that your space can be made available for swaps.

Changes to LC PhysiotheraPilates Timetable

Should LC PhysiotheraPilates have to cancel, amend or change any details of their timetable including venue and time – we will communicate this to you by the details you provided when you booked your slot. We will let you know via email or text message. If your personal details have changed since you made your class booking please let us know so that we can keep you up-to-date with all of our news.
